This cajon was handcrafted with care, one piece at a time, together with my father (a former furniture craftsman). During the creation process, I received kind guidance on unique designs, techniques, and ideas from a trusted handmade artist, and I utilized that knowledge to complete the instrument. Within its simple form, I've gently enclosed warmth and power. In particular, this time, I focused on a "deep, resonant bass," aiming for a sound that softly vibrates in your stomach when played, bringing a sense of security. Furthermore, by designing it to be larger, I pursued a more dynamic sound. In terms of image, I was inspired by the wild and impactful jumbo type of an acoustic guitar like the "Gibson J-200." The sound hole is placed on the side, allowing for full use of the striking surface, enabling a wider range of expression. 【Key Features】 Both high and low notes resonate softly and in balance.
