Strike! This is a limited edition photo card from Seven Net Shopping from the top of the 5th inning. I think it's a rare item that's difficult to obtain now. It's about twice the size of a standard postcard. I purchased it and stored it in the magazine, so the photo card has impressions from the wrinkles of the outer vinyl packaging. You can see the impressions when you shine a light on the photo card and change the angle. Other than that, it's in very good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition.
