Bonner (Todd Eastland), a freshman dreaming of a life full of hope at university, is immediately subjected to the hazing of the freshman welcoming party by the dormitory's self-governing club, "Phi Up," and begins to live in a state of complete confusion. One day, he hears from his mother, who has come from his hometown, about an incident 20 years ago in which a student named Sid Snyder (Joey Belladonna) accidentally fell into a bathtub filled with sulfuric acid and died during a welcoming party. Soon after, an incident occurs in which Dan, the most violent member of the club and recently exhibiting strange behavior, collapses, and from within his body appears the Sid (Will Kemp) who died 20 years ago. And he declares revenge on "Phi Up," which cruelly took his life, and begins to slaughter members one by one...
