This is an OGK helmet. The size is 47-51cm, suitable for approximately up to 3 years old. It was quickly outgrown, so there isn't any noticeable dirt, but as shown in the images, there are some scratches on the top of the head, and also scratches on the inner styrofoam part. Neither of these affect use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Shipping costs will apply, so I am not currently considering any further price reductions.
