This is a thin denim overall with snap buttons at the crotch. The fabric contains linen, so wrinkles after washing are a concern. The snap buttons at the crotch make diaper changes easy. The size is probably 90. There is a mark from a marker on the lower right leg, but it's not very noticeable.
