Since it's made of mouton, it's resistant to scratches and scuffs. Also, the heel is sturdy, so there's no major collapse or damage. However, the boa on the inside of the mouton is a little dirty, so I think it would be clean if you have it cleaned. It's a comfortable height for daytime wear and very easy to wear. Please understand that this is a used item before making a purchase.
