I bought this a few years ago and used it a few times while I was pregnant with my two children. I wore it from autumn to winter. It looks more like jeans than leggings, but the seam between the ribbing and the jeans bothered my stomach a little, so I didn't wear it very often. I think it would be fine for those with a slim build or those who don't mind a little contact. I have washed and stored it at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
