I've used it only a few times, but since it's white, there are a few marks such as pen stains and light smudges. It's still in good enough condition to use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the light stains or signs of use. Some of the marks may come out with washing. It's very convenient as it can hold a lot of luggage. A4 size documents can also be stored. It comes with a mesh pouch and a removable pouch that were included at the time of purchase.
