This is a Tommy Hilfiger men's down jacket. It's reversible. The sleeves have zippers and can be removed, allowing it to be worn as a vest. There is some staining on the lower part of the sleeves. It looks like something like glue has gotten on it and hardened. Please check the fifth photo. The rest of the jacket is in good condition, so it can still be worn for a long time.
