There is a small dent in the mesh cover and a small black mark on the bed cover. Please check the images. It's not too soft, not too hard, and was good for side sleeping while the baby couldn't roll over. You should keep an eye on the baby. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details, as this item is stored at home and will be packed by an amateur.
