I believe everything is Sylvanian Families, but I'm not entirely sure as they are a mix of gifts and items I purchased, so I can't identify them precisely. The house itself has some discoloration and sun damage, and the roof is not red. However, as far as I can check, there are no scribbles. I don't think there is any significant damage. Regarding the small items: In the second image, the dresser is missing a drawer, and one of the dining chairs is missing a leg (it still stands). In the third image, there is a stain on the futon. In the fourth image, there should be a movable wall, but it is missing. In the fifth image, one fence is missing. In the sixth image, there are light switches on the first and second floors on the left side of the house when it's open, but I haven't been able to test them because the batteries are dead. I also thought there was a light on the first floor, but there is only one on the second floor. (I apologize if I'm mistaken) There is some aging, but there are also small items and figures, so you can play with it right away. (I have wiped it lightly, but please clean it before your child uses it.) I will put the small items and figures in a plastic bag as shown in images 15 and 16, and then put them in the house with the stairs and floor as shown in image 17. I will then put the house in a plastic bag for shipping. I will not tape directly to the house, but I will pack it tightly to prevent movement. I have already put the small items together after taking photos for the listing, so I can't open them. I will ship them as is, but please understand if anything is missing. (I had a similar item on another site, and someone said some small items were missing, so I've been taking photos and packing them immediately since then.)
