The Pottis seat comes with a cap to close the hole when the handles are removed (unused). The soft potty training seat has a dent from storage. It's not as clean as new, but it's a typical used item. For those who think used is good enough since the period of use was short. The recent calm colors are also nice, but I recommend bright colors like these for children♪
