This is a short-sleeved dress from UNIQLO. The attached string is meant to be threaded through the loops around the waist (see images 7 and 8) and tied (see image 2). Size: L Material: 65% Polyester, 35% Rayon Color: The images show a clear blue, but the actual color is a muted, calm blue with a slight greenish tint. The color in image 9 is the closest representation. Only tried on, and then washed once. Please check the images for the condition of the item.
