This is a Samue (work clothes) made from my great-grandmother's Oshima Tsumugi silk. It's very light and warm. My grandmother had it made and then stored it away, so it was just sitting in a chest of drawers. I would be happy if someone could use it. Jacket: Length 58cm, Width 49.5cm, Sleeve length 58cm, Cuff 13cm Pants: Total length 88cm, Inseam 63.5cm The lining of the pants is ordinary lining, but the jacket uses fabric from a men's Nagajuban (long undergarment), which gives it a stylish feel. Also, the sleeves have a cute, rounded curve. The color is a grayish-brown with a fine pattern woven into it. It's sewn with both hand stitching and a sewing machine. Since it was originally made by remaking a kimono, there is a stain-like mark above the pocket (photo 8) and some uneven weaving (photo 9). Thank you for your understanding.
