I haven't opened the package, but I don't think a hat is included. I believe it's an insect repellent net to attach to your own hat. It's been stored at home, so I've listed it as "like new." I haven't actually used it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details. Perfect for this time of year. Thank you.
