This is a Slackers slackline kit. You can attach it directly to a tree or purchase a separate slackline to use it like a swing. It's very popular with the kids. I bought two new ones online a few months ago and kept one in storage. I bought two because I thought they would fight over them, but they didn't, and they all play together (lol). So, I'm going to sell one. It was wrapped in bubble wrap when it was sent to me, so I'll send it as is, sealed with tape where I opened it (photo 4).
