There are no operational issues, including external transparency mode and noise cancellation mode. (The left earbud has noise during noise cancellation, but the right earbud has no problems.) The exterior has minor scratches from use, but there are no noticeable scratches. Please check the photos, which are provided to be as clear as possible.
