This is a CD by Tomoyasu Hotei. The outer vinyl and shrink wrap are still intact and it's in good condition. The disc surface isn't something to be overly concerned about, but there are a few small, dot-like scratches in several places. Please understand that this is a used item, so please be aware of the minor imperfections.
