This is the "Royal Tartan Ribbon Skirt" released about 20 years ago by the Lolita brand Metamorphose as part of their "Crown Label" line. It is new and unused with the paper tag attached. As it is an older item, it has a black underskirt sewn to the hem of the black lining. (Sewn-in underskirts were common in the old days.) The small ribbon with white lace edging on the upper left is a brooch and can be detached and reattached. The large ribbon on the right is sewn on and the design is very cute. The ribbon belt at the waist is also long and cute. It uses a generous amount of fabric and flares out nicely. The hem has a two-tiered ruffle. The construction is very elaborate. Although it is a new and unused item, please only purchase if you understand that it has been stored personally for many years. Approximately women's M size. The skirt length is about 50cm. For the photos, a white petticoat was worn inside for images 1-3. Please be aware that the white material sticking out is a white petticoat used for photography.
