This cushion cover with fringe tassels was later made in a British atelier. The work features embroidered roses, carnations, tulips, delphiniums, primroses, and other wildflowers, as well as fruits resembling pomegranates. The base is a deep ivory, with vibrant burgundy, light pink, apricot, blue, and navy flowers. Shading in gray and pale blue. Stems and leaves in shades of khaki and brown. The chic colors are intellectual and cool. Evokes the feeling of late summer to autumn, or the beginning of spring. The shading is meticulously and multi-layered. The use of colors with saturation in pale colors is effective, creating a realistic and delicate depiction, a painterly style framed. The soft rope cord is ivory with a hint of khaki, or a greige-like tone, and the rich short tassels are cute and elegant. The embroidery thread material is wool.
