This is a 90s vintage Guns N' Roses T-shirt. It's a vintage piece from the popular Use Your Illusion tour.
I remember purchasing it at a vintage clothing store in Osaka around the mid-90s, and the neck tag is a Brockum body.
I collected it for many years after purchasing it, hardly wearing it.
