These are Uniqlo wide fit jeans. There is a stain on the back, as shown in the fifth photo. It's on the back, so it's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. They show signs of wear, but I think they can still be worn. They are all-rounders that can be used anytime except in the peak of summer.
