This is a cutter for making Mini 4WD tire papers. A function to adjust the cut size has been added. The tire diameters that can be made are as follows: 22.5 cut: Approximately 22.5-22.7mm 23.5 cut: Approximately 23.5-23.7mm 24.5 cut: Approximately 24.5-24.7mm Set the tire you want to cut (medium diameter size) in the round holder. Insert it into the holder. Apply oil to the cutter and tire, and cut while rotating little by little. Once the cutter is completely hidden, insert the holder in the opposite direction and cut while rotating in the same way. Add and apply an appropriate amount of oil. The tires left over from cutting can be used on large-diameter wheels (in the case of tires cut at 23.5). One OLFA compass cutter blade XB57 is included. Dedicated cutting oil is included. Please use it when cutting. A cutter blade cover is attached. If you want to change the cut size, remove the screws, cutter blade, and square nut, and reattach them to the desired cut size location. If you rotate the cutter blade while pressing it firmly against the set tire, the tire may not be cut (because the tire deforms due to the pressure). The image is to insert the cutter blade 1mm and slowly rotate the holder once (focus on rotating rather than pushing). Repeat this. Be sure to add oil during this process. Once both tires are cut, remove them from the hexagonal holder and, with the tires still set in the round holder, rotate the cutter holder. If both tires rotate without resistance, the tire cutting is complete.
