This is a vintage pendant top featuring a feather and onyx, purchased approximately 20 years ago. The brand name, store of purchase, and original price are unknown, but based on my purchase history, I estimate it cost between 30,000 and 50,000 yen. Although there is some tarnish typical of silver, it's in very good condition. (This is just my amateur opinion.) Please don't hesitate to inquire if you're interested.
