My mother is a clean person, so I think the condition is not bad, but there may be some stains, creases from being folded, and odors from storage. Measurements are very roughly taken by an amateur. It will be folded small. Some items have a half-collar attached. I am not very knowledgeable about the materials, so there are items made of silk and polyester. I apologize for the simplicity, but I will fold it small and ship it directly in a shipping vinyl bag. I think it can be used for practice or remaking.
