It appears to be a vintage obi, and had a strong odor. It has undergone ozone deodorization cleaning and obi core replacement. Personally, I believe it is at a level where it can be used without issue. It is not completely odorless (as I believe is the case with any obi), so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to smells.
