I purchased this doll new from the Blythe Top Shop and haven't handled her much. She has not been taken outside for photos. In my amateur opinion, there are no major scratches or missing makeup. The eye change mechanism works perfectly. I have not done any custom work, such as adjusting the eye gaze. She is a photogenic doll ready to be photographed as soon as you receive her.
