There is a feeling of use. I think it can still be used, but there are scratches, scuffs, and small stains overall. → There is a tear in the right pocket. The Velcro is peeling off. There are scuffs on the corners of the bottom. I'm not sure how much you can see in the photos, but please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item.
