I bought this on a flea market site and dressed my child in it for their half-birthday. It's made of sturdy fabric and is fluffy and cute. The belt on the skirt is elastic and removable. The elastic on the belt is a little stretched, and there's some staining. Since it doesn't fasten at the crotch, you'll need bloomers or similar if you wear it when going out.
