The ink says "Eijudo Kinsei" and has a detailed dragon carving on the back. I believe this is a fine particle rapeseed oil soot ink that produces good gradations for ink painting, kana, and sutra copying. It produces a high-quality black, and is a good black-brown ink for light ink.
