This is a Hawaiian cord bag with a Ya-bane (arrow feather) pattern. The handle is bamboo. It should be able to hold a wallet, phone, and other small items like a planner. The bottom is not flat, but slightly rounded. One part of the netting is damaged and has been reinforced. It's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
