This is a jelly splitter 2 used to cut insect jelly for stag beetles and rhinoceros beetles in half. It's clear in color, and I threw away the rubber part on the top, which is the same as the one on the bottom of the cutter, because it broke, but I was still able to use it without any problems. 16g jelly cutter only
