This is a striped design cushion for a stroller. It has four pockets for ice packs. There are four ice packs included. They are unopened. I was planning to attach it to the stroller when going out, but my child refused to ride in the stroller, so I have never used it. Although it is unused, it has been opened from the bag and stored at home, so please understand that it is a used item. (The ice packs are unopened.)
