This is a rare and popular Platinum Line P164. The standard 164 has gold-plated parts, but this one has silver-colored parts. It is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips, or malfunctions, and there is no engraved name, so the condition is good. A new compatible ink cartridge (black) is included. It is a twist mechanism. Many fake and broken P164s are in circulation, but this one has been authenticated and its operation has been confirmed, so please rest assured.
