This is a silk, partially shibori (tie-dye) coat for girls aged 3, suitable for Shichi-Go-San (a Japanese festival for children aged three, five, and seven) and other celebrations. I purchased this handmade, new coat, but my child refused to wear it. It has only been tried on briefly indoors and is therefore unused. It has a glossy finish and shibori detailing. The color is a bright blue. It's vibrant and cute.
