This is an oil-finished jacket from Snugpak. I've used it a few times and stored it at home. I believe the oil finish is still intact. The cuffs can be adjusted with buttons (see image 5). The front can be closed with both buttons and a zipper. It's labeled as a size L, but it's a roomy size, like an XL. There are no major noticeable scratches or stains, but it is a used item, so please purchase only if you understand this.
