New with tags This is a cute neck warmer for kids with colors reminiscent of Winnie the Pooh. I bought it to go to Disney, but I ended up not using it. I haven't even tried it on. It has a warm hood and I think it will keep your head and neck warm. There is cardboard inside, so I will remove it and ship only the neck warmer when shipping.
