I purchased this in 2018, but I've only used it a handful of times. There's some limescale buildup, but I think it's still usable. The remote control is unused, so I'm not sure if it works, but I'll include it. The instruction manual has some scratches. The last photo is of the humidifier currently sold at the same Rakuten shop where I bought this one; this is the older model. Please understand that this is a used item. ☺︎
