I don't remember when I bought it, but I purchased it at Honey's. The fabric is very soft, so with a little creativity, you can wear it in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. It reaches below the knees on someone who is 164cm tall and weighs 49kg. There are several pleats on the front. It also has a ribbon at the waist. I've only worn it a handful of times and have been storing it folded, so there are some fold wrinkles.
