Purchased at Rosebud in Ginza. I believe it was made in India. You can adjust the length of the chain to wear it as a shoulder bag or crossbody bag. Some of the decorations are missing, and there are some scuffs (see photos 2 and 3), but I think it's still usable. I'm putting it up for sale because I'd like someone who likes it to have it.
