As shown in the second photo, there are multiple areas with what appears to be scuffing (it's not torn). It's a form-fitting design, but it also has stretch. Total length is 45cm. The length is a bit short. There's a reference photo of it being worn (on a large 4-year-old). There is a name written on it, which will be marked out before shipping.
