Thank you for viewing. This is a set of 7 foldable plastic hangers. There was a main unit to hang them on, but it broke during a move and I disposed of it, so now I only have the hangers. Since they don't have non-slip features, I had wrapped rubber bands around them myself, but I hardly used them and left them as they were. As a result, some of the rubber bands have deteriorated and stuck to the hangers. I was only able to remove them cleanly from 2 hangers, and the other 5 have some stains. I only rubbed them off by hand and didn't use any chemicals, so they might come off if properly treated. Please see the photos for details. Stored at home. No pets, no smokers.
