Based on my research, I believe this item was released in October 2000. It's a set of two Toy Story characters, Rex and Hamm, wearing orange cones. It's a new, unopened item and I believe the contents are in good condition. However, due to long-term storage at home, the outer plastic part has some dents, and the paper part also has some damage and stains from aging. It's from about 25 years ago and is a very rare item.
