I found this while cleaning out my parents' house. A wooden keychain with a design of a Hokkaido souvenir, a northern fox. The northern fox seems to be a lucky charm mascot. "Accident kon-kon." (This seems to be a pun or a play on words, possibly related to the fox's call and the idea of avoiding accidents.) The hands move. It's unknown when it was purchased as a souvenir.
