This is a commemorative clock featuring the E400 series, issued by East Japan Railway Company (JR East). I received it over 10 years ago, but haven't used it since. There are scratches at the 11 and 2 o'clock positions. The paper cover on the outside of the box has many stains. I have confirmed that it works after changing the battery. It doesn't have a second hand, and the picture of the Shinkansen rotates.
