This is a genuine BOSS DC Parallel Cable. It allows you to supply power from the power supply OUT of a BOSS TU-3 tuner to various effects pedals (up to 7, with a total current of 200mA). I'm selling it because I no longer need it. It doesn't have the original bag, and the pin covers (the transparent tubes shown in the photo) are missing, but there are no issues with its use.
