I purchased this about three years ago on Qoo10. I tried it on a few times. I haven't used it in water or at the beach. There's elastic rubber in the shoulder and chest areas. It comes with pads (see image 3). The ruffles on the chest won't become see-through even if they flip up (see image 4). It has attached shorts underneath. For someone who is 158cm tall, the skirt length is just below the mid-thigh. Please note that the color may appear slightly different depending on the camera and lighting.
