I purchased these here last year. Used for one season. I didn't wear them often, as I used other shoes as well. My personal impression from using them in a snowy region is that they didn't slip easily(^^) They are not new, so there is some wear and tear, but I think there is little fading, few scratches, and little wear on the soles.
