This is a military camouflage coat purchased about 25 years ago at Job in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. It was sold as vintage clothing back then, so it's quite old. It's unisex and labeled as size S, but I think it's a US size, as I'm 173cm and 66kg and it fits comfortably. I'd say it's equivalent to a size M. The length is to the knees. The fabric is suitable for spring and autumn.
