This is a YAMAHA Eric Miyashiro model mouthpiece (EM1). It has been bent and gold-plated at Okubo DAC. It's in beautiful condition, having been used very little after the modifications. However, there are some marks on the shank, so please check the photos. In my opinion, the bending process causes the bell to face forward, improving the directivity of the sound. It also reduces unnecessary pressure on the embouchure, increasing endurance. You might feel a little awkward at first, but those who are accustomed to it will get used to it quickly. In my case, I didn't have many opportunities to use it because I often played in small bars. I think it would be perfect for a lead trumpet player on stage.
